Our supervision services are designed for both trainees and seasoned professionals, offering a tailored, evidence-based approach that supports growth, ethical practice, and clinical insight.
Purpose of Clinical Supervision
- Professional development: helping professionals to develop their knowledge, skills and self-awareness.
- Improving clinical practice: Provide feedback and guidance on analysing and understanding therapeutic processes, exploring dynamics in the therapeutic relationship, dealing with difficult cases and implementing effective therapeutic techniques and interventions.
- Supporting and preventing burnout): creating a safe space for expressing emotions and dealing with work-related stress.
- Ensuring the quality of services: Monitoring the application of ethical principles and professional standards and managing challenges and ethical dilemmas.
What Clinical Supervision includes
- Individual supervision sessions: Personal meetings with our clinical director and supervisor to discuss cases, review clinical practice and develop personal goals.
- Group supervision sessions: Participate in groups with other mental health professionals to share experiences, learn new techniques and support each other.
- Supervision via video or recording: Analysis of client sessions using video or audio recording to better understand the dynamics of the therapeutic relationship and improve clinical intervention.

SESSIONS
Clinical supervision sessions provide a safe and supportive framework for reviewing

Μέσα από ανάλυση περιστατικών, αναστοχασμό και καθοδήγηση, οι εποπτευόμενοι αποκτούν μεγαλύτερη αυτοπεποίθηση και αποτελεσματικότητα στην κλινική τους πρακτική. Οι ατομικές συνεδρίες διαρκούν 50 λεπτά, ενώ οι ομαδικές συνεδρίες, 3-6 ατόμων, έχουν διάρκεια 90 λεπτών, επιτρέποντας τη συνεργασία και την ανταλλαγή εμπειριών μεταξύ των συμμετεχόντων.

session data are covered by professional secrecy and may not be disclosed to third parties without your written consent (Law 991 of 117/20,12,1979, Article 9, Government Gazette A 278). During our first meeting, confidentiality issues are discussed thoroughly and in detail.
COST
The cost of clinical supervision sessions varies depending on the type of session. Individual
sessions, lasting 50 minutes, cost 60€, offering personalized guidance and focused support. Group sessions, lasting 90 minutes, cost 25€ per person, offering the opportunity for collaboration, sharing experiences and collective learning in a supportive environment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancelled sessions are charged at full cost, unless the cancellation comes from the center or
is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
